We ship from our dedicated warehouses to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders quickly, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this timeframe will be denied. However, you can return your order for a full refund once it is received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time for processing during holidays or sale seasons. Orders are processed between Monday and Friday and typically take 1-3 business days to process from the order date. Orders will ship the next business day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If you don’t receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
Prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. You may be liable for duties and taxes determined by your local customs office upon receiving your order. How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you receive defective, incorrect, or damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately. Include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references. We will work to resolve your case as soon as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Refunds to credit or debit cards will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. If you haven’t received your refund, please contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the credit to post to your account.
